I would describe Chrissy as an angel from heaven sent when I visited my parents in FL and knew their living situation needed to change. She was knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I especially appreciated how she kept in close touch with me after I needed to return home and picked my parents up to visit different communities. She is a true advocate for our older loved ones!

I called into Chrissy by accident- right idea, wrong county- for help with my fathers medical care. She magnanimously provided me with a couple pages of suggestions, phone numbers of contacts to get me to the right people, a general overview of how the medical system in Florida worked, and even tips on services available through the VA. She was tremendously knowledgeable and patient, even though my father was not in her local area. Id highly recommend her for anyone who is in her area. She brought great comfort to us as we tried to manage things from 1500 miles away.

Chrissy and Marcus were exceptional! We made a call on a Sunday and they contacted us on Monday. On Wednesday, Chrissy came out to visit my father who was skeptical of hiring someone to find a place for him to live, but she made my dad feel comfortable right away. She spent a good amount of time interviewing my dad asking questions about his past service in the Army and many of the activities he's accomplished in his life. She then went on to inquire into his hobbies, dislikes/likes, and what he's looking for in a new home. After she left, he nodded his head and we both agreed we had found the right team to help us without prejudice.By the end of the day she came back to us with three places for us to visit and she set up appointments with each of them later that week. The very first place was an immediate fit and I pretty much knew that where we'd end up. It had all the features and options my dad was looking for. However, he wanted to see more and we visited the two others before making our decision. By the following Wednesday, we were signing a contract with the first option. Chrissy was with us every step of the way and joined us on every tour of the facilities. I really can't say anything bad at all about the service they provided us.
