I just recently got terminated for something that I was told that I wouldn't lose my job over. I feel that it's pretty bad that I get fired but yet the facility that I worked at still allowed another person to keep her job after she has been turned on for being on her cell phone during patient care, yelling in a residents face, etc. I also had to put up with inappropriate comments from the DON. Really unprofessional place of work!
