The Reserve at Oswego

My father was a resident at this facility for two years. We were very impressed with this facility from our initial visit until the end. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The residents have different areas that they can move to and activities to help keep them engaged. The staff does a great job of assuring that the residents are taken care of and even participate from Management down. Sadly my father passed recently but everyone here was amazing. They truly cared for him like one of their own family. Generally people in places like this want to go home but to my father this was his home and where he wanted to be. The nurses are in top.of things and assure that you know what is going on with your loved one at all times. I really can not say enough about this facility and how amazing all of their staff was. If you have a loved one that requires this type of care I recommend that you visit this facility.

My mother has been at The Reserve for 5 months now and I continue to be impressed with the professional and caring atmosphere they have. The facility is always clean and more importantly the people really care. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful for the Reserve to be able to take both my Gramma and my Aunt! The employees go above and beyond to keep families informed of all situations!

Small, home like community. Staff truly treats residents like family. No one gets lost in the 'shuffle' because the community is so small. Always clean as well.
