As a former LTC Ombudsman and now the facility administrator, I am proud of the staff for truly caring and listening to our residents and working as a team. It is rewarding to see all of the staff advocating for the people that they care for each day. Being around the residents makes coming to work each day something I look forward to!

My mom fell and I wasnt notified until I came to see her 4 hours later. She fell again the same day and that time I was called and I insisted she be taken to the emergency room. She was diagnosed with a brain bleed. I would never send or recommend this facility to anyone.
