Very bad place, smells very bad . Cnas are rude dont care for the patients. They ABUSE them! Try to cover it up and say they hurt them selves or fell. Please dont bring your loved ones here!

Just got an 'A 'violation from the Illinois Department of Public Health and a HUMONGOUS fine! Make sure you ask for the survey when you visit. I was so shocked. My mother is NEVER going here. EVER.
