I wouldn't leave a love one in their care. We dropped our son off for a weekend visit. We dropped him off on a Friday noonish. Went to pick him up on Sunday afternoon and he was in the SAME clothes as when we dropped him off in. NOTHING was done with him. We went over and beyond to help them understand our son and help with his transaction. They failed completely and now our lives are in worse position then before they entered our lives. Then even though his behaviors were stated clearly on documents, anecdotals and verbally, they denied ever knowing of them. So not only did they fail professionally but could not even own up to their failures then also lied. Then when went to pick him up they couldn't produce all his paperwork. They had Never even handed out the residents goodie bags Seth brought with him for the holidays(about a week to give out to 8(includingSeth). There were simply a bunch of false promises and smiles that wasted 2 months of time and confused Seth even more. Now we are left to pick up the pieces and make the best of a very dim sit. Again we are way worse then before they came into our lives.
