Friedens has an 'EXCELLENT congregation' and this is from a former member that moved away from Illinois because of a new employment opportunity. Wonderful caring people with focus on many faith ideals. We are all different so the faith each of us has is also different but with many Christian virtues that are important to us. The United Church of Christ is an open and affirming denomination that allows the congregation to choose what they want to be. 'Friedens' in German is Peace. So, PEACE, to Friedens and the world.
