Our experience at this facility has been wonderful! The staff is caring, kind and attentive. The food is good and the activities they have to keep the residents engaged is great. In my time, we've only had one or two clients who were residents at the Waterford, but every opportunity I had to go there and visit was one that I made sure to seize. The environment is so welcoming and it truly feels like home and not a facility. They also do a fantastic job with their memory care unit!

Love the atmosphere at Waterford Bridle Brook. Of course the ice cream parlor, but just the environment is amazing.

There are many opportunities I have to enjoy meals with my dad who is a resident at Bridle Brook. We really appreciate the wait staff in the dining room. They call each diner by name and are courteous and respectful. They have good interaction with the residents as they serve. They also remember the 'regulars'; regularly ordered drinks, breakfasts, etc. Most are young people who appear to have been well trained and they sincerely seem to enjoy the people they are serving. It makes for a wonderful, personal experience. Thank you Bridle Brook!
