Very clean and modern facility. In my experience Harbor Chase stands out as one of the better run communities in the area.

HORRIBLE facility for you're loved one,Jennifer L. The director doesnt know what shes doing, I called her many times about resident care and she gave me attitude the last time we spoke. Many ppl who have moved there loved ones from this facility have told me that Jennifer is the reason they switched to a different facility. Honestly I can see why many caregivers and nurses are quitting also some of them were my mothers favorite. Its a shame what Jennifer has brought to this facility.

Terrible place. Administrator is very stingy. Terrible food. Residents are starving. Very dirty. Understaffed by nurses and caregivers. Administrator doesnt care. She just thinks about saving money. I was terminated for asking to leave healthy snacks for residents for overnight.

In the middle of a global pandemic Harborchase of Long Grove under Jenney the director leadership as provided a COV19 FREE, safe and clean, environment. Harborchase standards align with my morals and values and with Jenney the ED leading the ship, the residents can trust that care is be providing, needs are being exceeded, and quality of care is reflected, despite who when or where it's being delivered. Please rest assure it's being delivered with servitude, gratitude, and compassion.

Harborchase is a beautiful community. Jennifer the ED has brought me peace of mind because prior to her arrival there were numerous leadership changes. She is very responsive to my concerns and has brightened the community with all the social events she's organized to bring the families together. Her job is not easy and I admire the way she perseveres through challenges and provides open communication to us families.
