Bond county il housing in pocahontas il,gay lady in apartment 12 has terrorized me, harassed me, has stolen my mail, has thrown walnuts, pecans, rocks, limbs at the windows, and outside walls ! Has placed spiders underneath doors that she has ripped the rubber off underneath the doors to place her spiders! Has tried to open my doors at night! Has broken locks on both screen doors !!! For eight months i have been terrorized living over here in pocahontas il !
