I have been an Administrator of a RFMS facility for about a year now. They have proven to be one of the best companies that I have worked for. Corporate staff are always willing to help when needed. They have been an incredible help as we have navigated the COVID-19 pandemic.

Im not downing the coorperate office its self. But I would like how I can be hirable for one Liberty Village facility but not the other. I think All the department heads in Maryville,Illinois need replaced. Not all but some. They are not professional,they treat some staff members better than others. Thats why i quite. Tried to go back but i think its not a no rehire issue i think its somebody in the Maryville,il department. Just Saying. Very upset.

This corporation does not care about their employees. Numerous employees and former employees have reached out to the corporate staff to address an issue with the administrator of seminary manor and we have been shut down, ignored, and complaints have been swept under the rug. Numerous staff members that have been there 10 plus years have left and no follow up, no concern, and no compassion has been shown. No situations have been addressed. Very unprofessional behavior from the administrator on to the corporate staff.

The DON Of Seminary Manor (the one that started roughly 1/19) does not like it when you correct people on proper state procedure. Students were told by a new nurse that they are not to wear gloves in the hallways because it is a state violation. She got upset by the nurse doing so. The new nurse also was quizzing the students on medication actions to help them with their up coming NCLEX. She did not like that either. The nurse was told by the DON that was not their job to do so. She is very condescending and tries to make others feel inferior. The benefits are horrible and expensive too from what I was shown. I would not recommend working for a Fike facility from the information I have gathered.
