The cleanest nursing home i have ever visited. the staff is super friendly and caring and never make you feel like a bother for asking for help. they are truly committed to the recovery of their residents and do anything they can to comfort your loved ones.

My 93 yr old mom has been there twice in the past 3 years. Best care ever. I would not have her go anywhere else. The staff was attentive, caring and I trusted them. I recommend Heartland to all.

A friend had been there for almost a week before they were showered. When the daughter called in three morning, after being there every evening, They were rude and unprofessional. She called every morning on her way to work to make sure he was ok. When they were moving him out of there he ended up in ICU. They need to get their stories and actions straight. They would tell her not giving him meds and them tell her he never missed any. It was a nightmare from the eveninghe was put there.

Heartland is a wonderful place. I have experienced many nursing homes from working as a nurse and needing one for my husband and this place will always be my first choice. The therapy i received is the best I have ever had. The care is wonderful, food is excellent, and everywhere in this facility is so clean. I would recommend Heartland again and again to anyone looking for skilled care in Galesburg. It is truly amazing.
