Food leaves a lot to be desired. They changed to a new system and it is impossible to get a hot meal now. Staff itself is very respectful and go out of their way to please you.

Lack of clarity & reluctant to share information. If a loved one passes away there ,they shove everything in plastic bags and hurriedly send you on your way. Not forthcoming of circumstances surrounding the resident's death. Not all bathrooms completely functional.
