Caring Senior Service of Galesburg

Positively the MOST inept group of people running this program. When called about employees' missed days, the Director 'screams' at clients and their families. The Director virtually calls clients and their families liars. The director and her immediate staff constantly LIE to clients and their families about employees experience and work background. This company has sent a felon who harbored and transported a murderer, to my loved one's residence to provide their care. This only scratches the surface of the severe unprofessionalism of this company. I DO NOT recommend their services!!***In response to the comment (below the automated comment) under this review: As was stated during our phone conversations, there were no missed calls nor were there any voicemails. WHY this company feels that this is the more important issue, rather than addressing unbusinesslike dealings with clients and their families, speaks volumes to the validity of this review. In the future, perhaps time would be better spent concentrating on improving phone etiquette, time management, scheduling, and learning to discern truth from a lie.
