The care is excellent. Nurses answer the call light ASAP and make sure you are comfortable..The room is spacious and clean. I like the meals because it feels home made.. simple .

My experience with the place was positive. Mom was cared for and had many favorite staff members. Some I cant remember who she mentioned, but overall they were nice. I was at a therapy appointment with her and they did good. The hospital therapy wasnt the best and it was better at this place. They paid more attention to her walking. There was one nurse I met who wasnt pleasant, however management did follow up with it. I never ran into issues after that. Mom like the food better than the hospital. At the hospital, she has cold food daily. Previously, mom was at Grove. Did not have good experience either time. She was very happy with her stay at symphony.

My father is a resident. Positive: The RNs, LPNs and CNAs are wonderful! They are caring and give personalized attention to the residents. I am 100% grateful! Negative: The food is often dry and cold. Please do better for them.
