They need help and some of the staff are very rude i feel so sad for the people that dont have family to check on them my dads insurance really suck so they place him here at first they was so sweet now there saying its are fault his sugar go up because we bring him food because my dad saying they dont feed him we will never take him there again word advice check it before you put your love one somewhere

This place went downhill quickly after the new owners took over and bought out Edwardsville Nursing and Rehab. We watch the quality of food decrease, they bought cheap diapers for their residence to save money. There are a few veteran nurses that are out standing, and you pray and hope they are the ones caring for your loved ones. We have first-hand knowledge of lies and neglect. The upper management appears to be focused more on their accomplishments. If in doubt ask about their turn over.

They seem Very under staffed at this place !! Way too many patient. My great great grandmother was sent there after Anderson hospital, First day there she waited about an hour with the light above the door on for sum1 to help her an all they said is ur fine. NO one should put/bring your loved one to this place period!!!!!
