Park Vista Retirement Living – North Hill

My mother reluctantly moved from her home to Park Vista March, 2019. Our family visited five different senior housing communities before selecting Park Vista. Lanette made the transition very smooth and I was surprised how easy it went. The staff are very friendly and always helpful making the culture at Park Vista very warm, happy and inviting. Everyone calls her by name which makes her feel right at home! The best part is my mother tells me she feels 'very lucky to be able to live at Park Vista'. We couldn't have made a better choice and I highly recommend Park Vista!

Park Vista was so supportive, loving and kind to my Parents. They lived there for 3 & 1/2 years. Always listened to any concerns or requests. The quality of their life improved immediately . Frank & Connie so enjoyed the parties, and entertainment, always something to do! The goal for me as their Daughter, was to eliminate the nursing home. We did ! !

I have lived in one of the Villas at Park Vista. Everything about the unit was just great for me. A nice garage, with a walk in Villa, all without steps. My unit had two bedrooms and two baths, with one of the bathrooms having a walk in shower, again without steps.When any work was needed, the staff made sure it was taken care of quickly and on MY SCHEDULE. It is always nice to have a company think of their clients first and foremost.Meals were prepared within my own kitchen area, allowing me to eat in and not walk to the Main Dining Room. If I chose to do so, I could always go there and eat the meals I desired. That provided great flexibility.What is most important in an 'senior' living facility is the staff you come in contact with on a 'daily' basis. Their senior staff, from the Executive Director, to the Marketing people, to the Activity Director, to the Cleaning staff were nothing but the best and always ready and able to take care of any issues that might arise.If you are looking for a place that has your interest first and foremost in the forefront, I would suggest you check out Park Vista before going any place else.
