Great staff who is very attentive and work together. They are taking wonderful care of the residents and the residents seem very happy

Spoke with Jennifer today and she was unbelievably rude and hung up the phone on me twice saying she didn't have time for me. Why would anyone want their loved ones at this facility with people like this working?

Wish there was half a star. My mother died because of their negligence. She was taken off hospice at home because she was doing so well. Moved her here and told them repeatedly that she should not have bread and she needed thickened liquids, but every time I showed up at meals guess what she had yup something with bread and a thin liquid. Because of her Alzheimers she didnt remember she wasnt supposed to have these things. I came in a few days before she passed and told the she had pneumonia. It was only after I threatened to call her PCP that the nurse called dr for X-ray and guess what? She had pneumonia. The staff put her on antibiotic she had never had for pneumonia before and it just got worse. They day she died she was in respiratory distress and could hardly the yet the aid kept trying to get her to take a drink of water which just ran out her mouth. Im guessing she was in distress the entire day, yet I wasnt called until late afternoonwhich turned out to be too late!!! Her O2 sat by them was 74%!!! Please do NOT take your loved one here!!!

I felt the physical therapist was very impatient and did not listen to me at all and was in a rush to go home. I was the last appointment..I recommend Apex a place in Forsyth. Its right by the Harley Davidson shop across the way...

Rude nurses and staff wouldn't stick a rotting corpse here I feel so sorry for the patients since the restructuring it has gone to hell
