Went in for a tour and staff was playing on phones rather then taking care of residents.

My dad has been a resident at Crystal Pines for over 2 years. As far as medicaid nursing homes go, they are the best! Please ignore all the 1 star reviews. They are from several years ago, and no way reflect the care that my dad receives. While not perfect they care about him, and have been very attentive to my concerns, and go out of their way to talk to me. In this pandemic they have gone above and beyond. Highly recommend.
