If I could advise anyone one thing, that would be to stay as far away from this facility. Conditions and care are crude and ill mannered at best, Whoever runs this circus is highly unqualified. The fact this place remains open is a mystery to me , familys needs are put on a back shelf to keep this professional image the staff pretends to have . Its honestly sad, a place built around care is so hateful towards its patients not to mention an attempt to discuss these problems with anyone is a literal dead end. If I could use one word to sum up Liberty Village it would be pitiful. I would give zero stars if only it was an option.

New people in power have told families that taking their loved ones out of their rooms makes the business look bad. So this is now a business that wants all their residents to stay in their rooms other than during specified activity times. Seems more like a private prison for the aging instead of what a nursing home should be, which a place to serve the aging population and their families to help with their comfort and show love and support for the residents and their families.
