My mother's and my experience at The Victory Centre of Galewood has been very rewarding and pleasant. My mother has been happier with the friends that she has made and the right to her privacy in her apartment when she prefers. The positive changes that I have witnessed are an increase in her weight due to the constant and variety of nourishment that they provide, a positive attitude, her aches and pains have diminished dramatically due to improved eating habits and patterns including weight gain which has also made her stronger and independent (not using her cane as much). This is a place with an amazing staff from the administrators to the LEAs and activity coordinators. They are very patient and eager to please. I would highly recommend it.

I just moved in. Austlyn, Melissa, Jill, and Farrah have been amazing. They came to let me know they had apartment available in person when my phone broke. Helped me move into the community. Staff and residents have been welcoming. My apartment is great. I appreciate everything you have done for me!

Ive never lived here but, my grandmother did. She loved it and she was a fickle lady. When she had to move into a nursing home she wanted to go back to the victory center. It says a lot about this facility that my grandmother liked it so much.

Victory Center of Galewood was a life saver for a senior who lost everything and was about to become homeless. They helped me put together all the paperwork he needed, all withing a couple of weeks, which normally takes a couple of months. Austlyn was very helpful and worked around the clock to make sure I didn't miss anything. Amazing place and people. Thank you so much for everything you have done!!!

Austlyn & Melissa, were absolutely fantastic to work with. Very patient and going the extra mile. We had to make a quick move and they moved things along as fast as possible for us and were very communicative throughout the entire process. During a tough transition it was so nice to have such kind and efficient people to work with. My family member is very happy there. The place is extremely clean , rooms are large and have lots of light, and my uncle said he hasn't slept so peacefully in a long time! Thank you so much, very pleased places like this exist.
