Staff are friendly and very hardworking!

This is a resource only for the most desperate and only if you know your loved one will never get better.

I don't know what these other customers are complaining about because I have had a loved one there for about 4 years and I have been very happy with the service and care my family receives. The managers are nice and friendly and very caring and I have seen where they have to deal with some very rude patients and family members at times..some people you can never satisfy..but the staff and the nurses, activities, therapy,etc, really nice people. The building is old but they certainly have done improvements over the last several years especially on the unit my family is on and sure a place gets dirty but so does your home and you clean it I can honestly say I have never walked in there and thought my gosh this place is filthy never, not once!!! I have become friendly with othger families there too and whenever any of us have a concern it is addressed quickly..these are hardworking people taking care of ourloved ones...Just so everyone who reads this knows the gentleman known as 'STAR MAN' who posted a horrid review recently is actually a resident who had his privileges revoked because he brought in dangerous contraband into the facility endangering the lives of others I know this because I was visiting my family member and the nurses were quite upset that this gentleman seemed to be under the influence of some unknown substance and as he passed by me I had distinctly smelled ETOH. Do not believe everything he has posted..I would not have kept 2 of my family members now for so long if any of this were true
