Eden Supportive Living Facility

I cannot find enough words to adequately describe how incredible the staff Eden are. My Sister was fortunate enough to go to Eden Supported Living last year after surgery and preparing to begin Chemotherapy. My sister received medical and medication supervision, as well as help with cleaning and laundry. She has lots of medical appointments due to her health issues and they were right there coordinating transportation for each and every one.When she could participate in the fun activities they offer she loved it and all of the new friendships she made. Every single staff member treated her with respect and compassion. cheering her up when she felt overwhelmed. They work so hard to truly support their tenents They have over 160 residents and during all of this scary COVID-19 pandemic they have kept everyone safe and healthy.God Bless You Eden Supported Living Staff.

I wrote a previous review soon after I moved in. I really liked it in the beginning . I was moving out a couple of weeks ago to live with my son. I am frustrated. A few days after I left with just a few days left on my medications. I called Eden about 5 or 6 times to get my medications. I'm bipolar, diabetic, high blood pressure and a few other things. I never received my medications. I was told by the director that when I moved out that my monies would be sent back to social security. I finally went to the Social Security office in Quincy. About 30 miles from where I live now. I was told that those monies were not returned. I'm disabled and that has really put me in a bind for this month. When I first moved in I really liked it and trusted the staff. Now all I see is untrustworthy people. All I want are my medications and my monies. They are mine, belong to me. Oh, I finally got my medications after a week. That is so irresponsible of Eden. Think and pray about going there.

I starve here sometimes

My mother has been in this facility for 3 years and has mentioned how excellent Nikki cares for her! Love this facility and the care my mother receives!

I took a tour of Eden facility a week or so ago with my love one. what great staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. So many Great amenities that are offed. We went around lunch time and the food looked and smelled amazing.We are very excited to get our loved one in at Eden.
