The Grove of Berwyn

TERRIBLE. I called to speak to my grandmother and the receptionist kept transferring me to the wrong nurse. I was on the line for 20 mins trying to find out where she is. This shows how unorganized this place is.

The staff at Berwyn were caring and nice. I am appreciate all of their help with my recovery.

This place needs to be shut down until an entire new staff is hired! Unprofessionalism at its worst! I have never felt so disrespected for my entire family! The ADON even pushed my Sister arm as she tried to take a picture of her name tag! Staff gets very mad when they are told the truth! DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IN THIS FACILITY IF YOU DONT WANNA HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEIR WELL BEING!!!! My Dad was left with feces on him numerous times and we now have pictures as my Aunt and Sister walked in and found him this way! They were then provide the code for that floor shower room where my Aunt has to bathe him! Everyone is always saying sorry and its sickening! Seems as if the CNAs has no respect for what their upper management say! Staff argues over what patients they dont want and what they cant do! I didnt know thats how it go? A individual who came for a tour today for Her Son asked me how was the place and I informed Her I didnt recommend it and walked off! The lady who was giving the tour informed the lady I was the wrong person to be talking to lol! How professional is that? Why because I will tell the truth? This place is a joke & so are all the Administrators!

How can there be one cna to a floor? This isnt safe or fair to the residents and cnas. Staff is over worked and the residents dont receive the care they deserve.
