The community is great here, but its way too expensive for a trailer park that doesnt do anything for the community who lives here, even though lot rent always rises. Management is terrible too,

This place is well keep on the outside, inside is beautiful to but these homes have a real bad problem, lot rents goes up every year which is ridiculous, a lot of the other people on the community and even in the office sure racist,
