I work at Edgewood and they have the kindest administration. This company cares about their employees and their residents!! Its organized, its fun, and I love working with many of the employees. Above all the residents are AMAZING and they make work so much fun!!! Thank you Edgewood!!!

Its a great place to work for caregivers if you work in the AMs. But if youre working for PM or NOC forget it!! Everything will be blamed on you and AM shift is perfect and is NEVER wrong because they work so hard and its the hardest shift. PM and NOC are supposedly so easy and if something goes wrong on those 2 shifts youre crazy because AM shift is perfect. If you find any medication mistake from AM shift, management say oh Im sure they refused their medication or theyre so busy they probably forgot . So remember, if you apply for caregiver, always apply for AMs. If not youll be blamed for everything.
