Karen zanelli has destroyed this Place is absolutely horrible in behavior from upper management and executive directors across the map not just at this facility look at all there facilities from north Dakota and south Dakota on down the map to Idaho and Montana. All the reviews speak the same. You have lost every employee who made that facility better including Don your regional maintenance director. You people never listened to me what do I know I'm just a multi business owner and I love working and I enjoy the people I do things for.

THE STAFF AT THIS FACILITY SUCH AS MED TECH HUNTER HOLT IN MEMORY CARE,AND A FEW OTHERS ARE VERY RUDE ,AND VERBERALLY ABUSIVE.THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING TO RESIDENTS AS NEEDED AND DO NOT FILE INCIDENT REPORTS AS NEEDED.AND ARE SOMETIMES ABUSIVE TO RESIDENTS A STAFF GRABBED RESIDENTS ARM AND PUSHED HER INTO RECLINER

I want to thank this facility for your outreach to a young family in need and It has brought tears to my eyes and made my husband and children so happy that their are amazing people out there that really do care! thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you are doing to make a little girls Christmas come true and make it more festive! and memorable! I wish you all the best thanksgiving and Christmas ever because after all your giving it truly made my Christmas and thanksgiving more special and fulfilling! with love to all of you lottie & my family!

Poor care, refusal of previously promised rights to choose medical provider, lies and deception. Disgusting. Filing a complaint with Health and Welfare, APS, and the ombudsman. These people are immoral. They promise that they are all about care, but thats not true. Theyre all about understaffing, providing subpar care, and unethically removing residents rights in order to funnel them to medical providers who financially profit the company. I wouldnt trust them to care for a hamster.
