I just had the unfortunate experience of loosing my grandmother, but for the last week of her life I was able to see her via video chat almost every day all thanks to the staff at Pacifica. Janel, you are an angel and I am forever grateful to you. You made it possible for me to see and talk with my grandmother and I can never thank you enough. Ashley and Sara, thank you for helping take care of my grandmother and giving me updates everyday. Pacifica is a wonderful facility, full of a staff that truly cares about your loved ones. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

As someone who used to work at this atrocity of a nursing home, they are understaffed and under prepared. I had no idea all the training I was gonna get for a dementia resident attacking me was just to say stop and nothing else. Worst place I have ever worked. I wouldn't bring Hitler to be taken care of here. Nursing homes are sketchy to begin with, but this place was horrific. Wish I could give it a lower rating.

The office lady Heidi is SO rude. I asked simple questions and she was SO clueless and rude. I'd honestly like to see her talk myself or anyone for that matter, in person the way she did to me over the phone. She needs a different job.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER TAKING ANYBODY YOU LOVE HERE! They have horrible customer service there main office lady Heidi is rude and incompetent. No parking, Dirty facilities, poor management. I could go on but its not worth it DONT take your family here.

Moms new to Pacifica and so far so good. They will work with you if theres any problems. Nice that mom has her own room.
