For SNAP I was told I only had to call once and leave a voicemail for my interview. By the time they had called me back it had already been 3 weeks since I submitted my application and I was denied because it took over a month to reach someone by phone. No matter what they say CALL OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Went to another office. I have no idea who is going to read the review for this but I hope the advice helps someone
