Yet another updated reviewI have been at Brentwood for almost two years now. Just like any other job, it has it's ups and downs. People talk, people slack, and people complain. There is always that one person who doesn't do anything, but complains about everything... Anyway, we try our best to take care of the needs of our residents. Even though I'm just a housekeeper/launderer, I try to help when I can. A little goes a long way. I enjoy my job. I try to keep it fun and enjoyable for everyone else too. We all have our moments though. We are only human. We try to treat everyone with respect and kindness even though sometimes we get treated the opposite. That's life. Thank you Brentwood for allowing me to be a part of the team. I will continue to do my best.

I hated this place. My grandma loved the staff but they were not helping her. She got MAYBE 45 minutes of therapy a day if that. Sometimes she got none due to swelling which was actually fluid around her heart that they knew nothing about!

Horrible no phones for patients without family paying to have one installed, phone taken to patient by nurse who is always busy, no one to tell you how much a phone whoud cost, when I called Brentwood the phone rang 23 and 35 times before rudely answered, DICONNECTED BY STAFF TWICE, when you go in the inside smells like urine, food you would not call food, disrespect to patients, lack of care, lack of staff knowledge, think about where you want your loved one before you even consider this place check out ratings and medicare reports and inspections, check out US News report and ratings NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE IF YOU TRULY LOVE THEM
