Some of the care takers are amazing. But then you have to the sour apples of the bunch. And that includes the owner / administator. Would never recommend this place to have a loved one put here. Would be doing the city a favor to close the doors. I am only giving it one star because I have to in order to post anything. But deserves none.

This facility needs to be shut down.Kelly lets the residents drink and do drugs She feeds them the cheapest that she can.Residents come and go as if it is a hotel.The facility does not provide any activities for the residents.The residents do chores in exchange for alcohol and drugs.
