I lived in one bedroom cottage with a front porch. I now live in a two bedroom with a kitchen that has more. prep space and cabinets as well. All for less money! I love my new place, however; no place is like one you own. Which is what I am working on now in an active retirement neighborhood. Everyone wants you money, but they don't want to repair anything! That is the norm now!!
