My mother laid on the couch all day with her head thrown back they didnt bother calling till late at night we had to rush her to the hospital and she had aspirated in both lungs and her esophagus was full of food. Before that the home health nurse told the staff to make sure her food was cut up small and the owner told them they better not. It was a nightmare the 2 years she was there. We were informed state law they only had to let her take a shower once a week! The last 3 weeks my family and I stayed with her because they said they couldnt give her the meds hospice put her on. That place is a joke, no one is medically trained and the owner is known for writing bad checks to her employees and people she hired to mow!

I have been in over 30+ A.L.F. for my close relatives and Majestic manor is without a dout the most caring, loving, and compassionate home I've seen. It has improved significantly considering the reviews I see posted previously although I have never seen any of the comments made and I've been to this facility numerous times in recent months. The owner is the most caring and compassionate business owner I've ever met. She goes out of her way to do her very best.

I honestly cannot believe this place has a license to care for others. The roaches alone should be enough to shut it down. The smell of urine and feces is overwhelming. The owner seems more concerned with vacationing then staffing or training the staff properly at her facility. A staff member had been there less then 2 weeks and was training new staff members. Its sad, such a small facility should be one of the best.
