Home Instead Senior Care

I really enjoyed the orientation process with Home Instead Senior Care. Dericka Edwards was the one who trained us all, and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Everyone I have met doing this process has been very kind, and professional. I can not wait to begin my journey working with this establishment, and becoming a caregiver!

One of the hardest decisions is the best care for your parents if you are not able or other circumstances. I'm an only child and my mother is 91. We live in another state and she was falling often due to low sodium (drinking too many fluids). Never knew this could happen. She is a VERY independent lady, strong-willed, feisty, spunky, etc. She has told me all the time, she hoped she never had to go into assisted living or a nursing home. She wanted to live out her days at her home she has loved for over forty years. So, we found Home Instead Care in Peachtree City. We called and the appointment was set up within the week and we met with David and Debi - couldn't have been any better! Debi summed up my mother's needs and personality and matched her up very well. We had a caregiver come weekly to help my mother with daily living and even took her shopping (so she could still be somewhat independent in her decisions). Plus, it was nice for her to get out of the house weekly. She looked forward and enjoyed the ladies coming - always had a list made out of things she wanted done that week. She is doing so much better now. It was such a comfort knowing she was looked after so very well.

So grateful that we chose Home Instead for my husband's care during the last few months of his life. Home Instead found the perfect care giver for us. Would choose Home Instead again if needed. Thank you so much, Home Instead.
