The place is understaff, under pay workers, mold on ceiling tiles (black), some rude family members, some kind family members, worker burn out, secrets in the entire place, favoritism big time, barely supplies and linen when needed to complete work.

The facility is beautiful but the staff do not measure up to lowest of expectations. My parent lays for hours with buzzer unanswered for diaper changes and pain meds. Baths and shampoos are not given regularly, often more than a week in between. Doctor does not check patients on checking in as required by law and has never seen my parent who has been there 6 weeks. Food is poor quality and service is hours late...never once on a normal eating schedule. 90% of staff is slovenly and abusive in their attention to patients....they really dont give a damn about the elderly disabled. Therapists are the only quality caring employees, and they are denied the equipment needed to competently help patients.
