The most important is the patient care, that's why we have these facilities. You can't give care that's required for each patient, when you have 40 bed rehab with no help are the rest of this place. People can complain about things that are not being done but nobody trys to solve the problem. You have management that I have seen 1 time in a month. They should be out observing what's going on and make things right for the patients care. The patients insurance is what keeps things going and pays their way. They do not have enough help in this facility a lot of office help etc. but not even nearly enough to cover care of patients rehab are nursing home residents. Its absolutely the least help in any place I have ever been. For instance maybe 4 nurses and 2 CNAS to care for 40 bed rehab plus God knows what other things they have to do. Pruitt needs to spend some money hire some help ( a lot more needed here) and employees from top to bottom should put a smile on their faces. It's sad enough for people to be in these places, but a happy face could make their day and yours also. One other thing, take note it takes just a second to smile and say Good morning are afternoon to all that walks thru those doors daily. All of the above makes life better for everyone

Staff was very rude to my family member. Very short with him and condescending. The food was the only plus.

I have been attending Pruitt Health outpatient rehabilitation services for the last month or so. I was first evaluated by Mr. Doug who quickly assessed my plight. I was turned over to Ms. Jamie and my pool therapy started.I went twice a week as I built my strength, walking on the pool treadmill then doing my exercises. On pool days, I would go home and collapse into bed, my muscles screaming for relief. Skipping a day, I would be back in the pool again with a smile, walking. Ms. Jamie never took an excuse for not exercising. She was fair, but firm. She counted as my arms and legs did things I could only dream of on land. Then the frequency was increased, now I came three times a week. However something else was happening too. I was no longer walking the treadmill, I was running? Yes! I was running the treadmill! On land when I stand, my feet break. Yet in the pool, I can run on the treadmill. I am so grateful and excited to have found Pruitt Health outpatient services! Thank you seems lame. Yet, it is all I have. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Forever grateful! Lena
