The Cottages at Woodland Terrace

I moved to The Cottages in May 2016 and have been a Happy Camper. It is such a relief not having to employ services for grass cutting, maintenance, etc., as required when living in a house for 34+ years. The privacy of this complex and the activities offered are phenomenal. My decision to live here was like a length shopping spree in that I had visited 3 other locations outside of Milledgeville. I found home close to home!!

I returned to Milledgeville after being gone 34 years. I wanted to be near my son and his family and be present for my Grand daughter, Emily. I initially wanted to rent on the Lake, after downsizing from a large home, pool, and landscaped yard. When I first considered The Cottages it was meant to be temporary. My Grand daughter loved it from the start. ! Oh Grandma stay here. I moved in March of 2016, Im delightfully still here. I just feel so content and peaceful here. I appreciate the freedom renting provides. Everything is managed by the Cottages staff. The staff are very accommodating and often go above and beyond. Nancy, Marlene, and Greg are all to be commended, they make it feel like home. I love the location, near all shopping, downtown, and Georgia College, where I audited a class last year. The landscaping is beautiful, I sit in my sunroom and watch the Hummingbirds or Cardinal as I have my morning coffee. I plan to stay here as long as I can. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting care free living. Gloria Hutto
