This clinic is a joke. There is never any availability, they are habitually understaffed, and their receptionists are rude. I've never been able to get in to see my PCM the entire time I've lived here. I'm pregnant. Got a fever. When the fever got high enough, I called the on-call number. My OB says to see my PCM. So I call to get an appointment and the rude receptionist tells me to see my OB. Well my OB (the one who is a medical professional) said to see my PCM. 'Well I don't have anything today.' Of course you don't. Your clinic is a joke. Just switch out.

Good luck trying to get an appointment here. Haven't seen my pcm in over a year as everytime I call they always tell me there are no appointments available & that I can go to urgent care or the ER, but I can't. It's a $30 copay as we are retired. Absolutely ridiculous. At least for my 4 year old, her oncologist has pretty much stepped in to ensure she receives the care necessary because other she sure wouldn't get it at this clinic. So sad & disappointing.
