My mom passed away a few years ago but not a week goes by that I do not think of Serenity Mountain. It was my mom's final home and she was so happy while she was with them. This home is filled with kindness and love. I knew it was the right place for my mother and I miss sitting on the porch with my mom, with the majestic views of the mountains. We made so many wonderful memories in this home. Family was always welcome at Serenity Mountain. May your loved one be as blessed as my Mother!

Dirty kitchen with mold and appliances are always broke and used. The workers are inexperienced are rude. They will hire anybody to work there. They lie on state evaluations and fudge documents. They take in residents who are not ambulatory and when state comes in they place them so they can get out. You cannot get a stretcher in one of the top floor bedrooms. The workers that are not certified to pass medicine, give the residents their meds. This place is shady and cheap. Dave and Brian Smith the owners DO NOT care. Dont take your family members here.
