I loved this place, very clean and kind people everywhere. I hope to live here in the near future. The waiting list is 3 years, maybe a good time to add on more apartments. Love, love, love this place.

My mother lives there it is nice but the management group could be better. They have consistently gone up on the rent but dont make the proper repairs. They have lease renewal policies that need to be explained in writing verses just telling a Senior to fill it out. They are overly concerned about what is someones savings account and what a person has instead of making sure the apartment is not losing heat. It is as If they are trying to account for every cent that the tenants have. If you live on the lower level you can hear everything that someone does on top of you. They say they are affordable but at the rate the rent is increased seniors will have to move out. This is an update. Yes the apartments look nice and it is relatively safe. They do have a drainage issue that management is aware of but hasnt been fixed. They are more concerned in raising the rent .
