My now deceased mother-in-law lived there two years, and my own mother has been there almost 2 1/2 years. It's generally a good place, and is the best in the Griffin area by far. The rooms, building and grounds are definitely better than average for one of these places, and the staff is usually pretty diligent, caring, and friendly. The food gets mixed reviews, probably because almost all of it is pre-made stuff from commercial suppliers, but it is edible. The most frequent complaint is 'Not Enough Meat!', meaning real solid beef, etc. The off-site ownership and management can be a little stingy and the rent is a little on the high side.Despite the flaws, it is the best in Griffin and I feel fine about my Mother being there.
