My wife and I love it here at Sun City Peachtree. Everyone here is very friendly. Love the golf course and the amenity center. Always something to do. The quality of the homes are okay, not the best but not the worst. Good buy for the money.

The communtiy as a whole is wonderful. The quality of Del Webb homes is poor. It seems that it is a race to build more homes instead of building quality homes. Been here 1 yr and paint has peeled off the exterior, roof leaks and nail pops throughout the interior.Today I found out from A/C people that the reason my house is not cooling is because the Del Webb/ Pulte people sheatrocked over the return vent in the second bedroom. How am I supposed to know this and what inspector failed to catch this
