My mother became a resident of the homeplace in April 2019. The transition from her home to the assisted living was so much easier than I thought it would be due to the wonderful owners and staff. I love the fact that it is small and it feels like it is their own personal home. The cleanliness is top notch and decor of the home is absolutely beautiful. I am in and out all times of the day and am very welcomed. The home cooked meals are great. We are so fortunate to have this wonderful assisted living facility in our hometown Fitzgerald and I would highly recommend it.

The Homeplace does feel like home. The house is freshly renovated. It looks, smells, and feels clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My mother has been at Homeplace on Central for over a year. They have taken such great care of her. This place is like a home, not an assisted living instutional place. The meals are great and the likes and dislikes of the residents are considered when meals are planned. The place is very clean and so well kept up. My brother and I visit frequently, both announced and unannounced and we could not ask for my mother and her needs to be cared for any better. Both Rebecca and Dean, the owners, and the assistants they have all treat my mother as though she were family. I do not worry about my mother at all. Her living at Homeplace on Central has given us a peace of mind I do not believe we would have if she were anywhere else.
