My mother was a resident here for a few months and it was not a pleasant experience. The facilities are beautiful but what marketing sells is impossible with the staffing they have. Medications were given incorrectly and one medication continued to be given 4 weeks after our physician had discontinued it. My mother fell 3 times in 2 weeks. We removed her from the facility. Discussions with staff and the head nurse had no results. I feel very sad my mother was here at all.

This is the third memory care facility at which my mother has resided and we are very pleased. She is content and very well cared for at Hope Center. The facility is very clean and the staff is exceptional. They have alleviated my fears and apprehension about leaving my mother in a memory care facility.

This is not a nursing home, you don't even get a nursing home vibe. Everyone is nice, the staff seems like they care about not just the patient but the whole situation and everyone involved. I wish we could afford to keep my grandmother here, they have been there only place I feel comfortable leaving her and not one time have I worried.
