Worst working experience ive had. They overwork you. Administrators play favorite with staff members. Forget a set schedule for 2 weeks. Every over day your hours will change without notice and you must adhere to changes if not your position will be put into jeopardy. And dont think for a second standing up for yourself is the right thing to do. Dont waste your time. The new RSD is highly unexperienced and unpersonable. Just overall the worst employment experience ive had in my life.

Explained mom's condition before we put her in, brain tumor. Hospice informed me that mom was going downhill fast. I brought her home without the 30 day notice so that she could be surrounded by love ones, because of covid, she couldn't have visitors. She was awake for 2 days then fell asleep for a week then she passed. At least she was surrounded by family. But they still charged me the extra 30 days. If I had just brought her home to live then I understand the extra charge, but I brought her home to die surrounded by loved ones. The compassion is not with this facility. They just want the money. Do not put your loved ones here. I understand they weren't equipped to give her the extra care she needed but no compassion for us to bringing her home to die surrounded by loved ones.

Unprofessional. Over worked, low pay, youre doing way more then your job. They fire really good workers after they used them and worked them to death!! Turn over rate is crazy. Watch out for med techs they dont do their job!!! This job is messy gossipy. A residents that have no business in that place is there. There is literally residents that cant walk or shower on their own which is far out of a resident aides job description!
