My Grandmother died after six weeks in this faciity. She cought Covid 19 from an employee and they let her lay there and die alone. I called every day begging them to speak to her or do facetime to tell her how much she was loved. The dirctor Joy and the head of nursing Ann never would return my calls. When you call the operator the phone rings many times, when its answered and you ask for the nurses station to get an update the phone rings untill it just hangs up. We never were able to say good by or I love you to my Grandmother. We did window visits untill she cought Covid from an employee, after that they moved her to a room facing an internal courtyard that you could not get to the window. She was alone and scared and they did not care at all. The last time I tryed calling the night of her death the operator stated ' lady I just work here weekends' and hung up, I said please help me to speak to my Grandmothers nurse. 1 RN to 30 patients with 2 medical techs. Shes gone and forever we will wonder how long she cryed, prayed and wondered why we did not contact her. If managment would like to deny any of this I would be happy to show my phone logs to them.May God have mercey on the people that did not let a family speek to a dying woman.
