St John Towers

I do not suggest to let your loved one to live at St. Johns Towers! They cheat you out of your deposit! When your loved one calls security to come help you because of a fall they leave you on the floor for five hours! None of this is made up! True facts!

Do not condemn your loved one to this place. There are so many reasons that St. John Towers is terrible, but the top six are: 6) the laundry room is tiny and people literally fight and become hostile because there are not enough machines for the residents, 5) the security staff is hired based on politics and they are terrible overall, with a lot of turnaround, 4) The current General Manager Greg Capers is a really evil guy (in my opinion), 3) The food is bad for elderly people, and is full of unhealthy ingredients by modern standards of nutrition (specifically my mom had type two diabetes at the Towers, and upon leaving and a diet change she does NOT have type two diabetes now, she lost 100 pounds and is much healthier overall and she has now been off insulin and healthy for 18 months after leaving the Towers toxic food) 2) The Towers staff are generally hostile towards families and this is odd since the families pay the bills usually, and 1) Security Chief Lane Zelner lied on multiple different occasions, such as certain days we took our mother to breakfast and she forgot to press the 'okay button' for the day (if the button is not pressed then it triggers a safety check on the resident and call to the family) but we never got a call, and so we asked Lane Zelner why he did not check on our mother when the button was not pressed, Mr. Zelner lied and said that he had seen our mother walking to the lunch room and marked her as okay, and that was impossible because she was not at the property and was gone with the family, so Mr. Zelner either lied or is incompetent, and not fit for the post of Security Chief entrusted with the safety of the lives of elderly people. IMO Lane Zelner is a habitual liar.
