This place has taken care of my Mom for a few years and I know beyond a shadow of doubt they truly care about her well being! They have taken such good care of her! I highly recommend this place for care of your loved one.

My dad was just placed in care there and I can tell you it is one of the best experiences that we have ever had. They are kind, loving, and very attentive to my dad's needs. They are very thorough in their care plans and explanations to the family and notify me when anything changes. I love being informed and knowing that my dad is being cared for by people who truly love what they are doing. Their facility is clean and they have gone out of their way to help me get him settled when I have been trying to coordinate everything alone. I already feel like we are part of the family out there. The CNA's and Nurses both do a terrific job for one that is most of the time thankless. I appreciate everyone there involved in my dad's care. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing to find skilled nursing care for a family member.

Best Nursing facility around the Central Savannah River Area of Augusta, GA. The people, staff, administration are all just as friendly, helpful and kind as they can be. I especially appreciate the CNA's who I feel like do some of the hardest most personal part of their care for my family member every single day! At Lake Crossing they are truly caring and see to small details that anyone would want done for their loved one or themselves. I have experienced several other Nursing/Rehab facilities in the area as well as personal care homes for several of my family members. Lake Crossing is the best in so many ways.
