New Horizon Share Home

New Horizon, Winter Haven, has been a home for 3 family members over the years. Each one has been made to feel 'at home' by all staff- from administrative, care persons, house keeping, cooks & maintenance. I appreciate that I have been informed & involved with any concerns my family or staff have with care. I would highly recommend New Horizon as a conscientious loving home.

This is long over due. I want to apologize to all tha staff of NEW HORIZON SHARE HOMES. You all are doing a great job. During hurricane Irma I was with my mother. I tried to do my best to help the staff by keeping an eye on her. Before during and after the hurricane the entire staff was dead on. They were well prepared and ready for any circumstance. During the past 2 years everyone there has taken excellent care of my parents. The staff is very tentative and caring. I'm sorry if at times I havent been. My parents have been at 5 different centers. Not counting New Horizon Share Homes. New Horizon is the best. Everyone there has done the best job to help me out, and to make sure my mother is being taken care of. If anyone is looking for an ALF, make sure you put New Horizon on your list. The level of care, quality of meals, assistance every aspect at New Horizon Share Homes is rated 5 stars.

My mother was living here. She was well taken care of. We were always well pleased with the care that everyone gave her. I would recommend this place to anyone.
