We've been at Regency just a year this April and we are living a pretty carefree life here. Our visiting children can see how happy we are. Residents have been welcoming, always helpful, and above all our meals are excellent. The building and grounds are beautifully maintained, despite some roofing issues which are being addressed. Our monthly cost which includes a lot of extras is about what we paid to maintain our Florida home and buy groceries. Check it out, it is beautiful here.

ONE STAR TO MANY

Ive been a resident for almost 4 years. A revolving door of staff and management. At this price level there is an expectation of greater service and consistency. Facility issues such as leaking roofs with blue tarps, stained carpets and low water pressure go unanswered. Residents are friendly and caring neighbors. There are many options for Independent Living in the area. Its your lifestyle choose wisely!

I recently spent two days at this property & was amazed at the overall feel due to the new management change. Both the Independant & Assisted Living show well- very premier, the residents were engaged & Katy, the community golden retriever was very accommodating:)
